All items are handmade and therefore may vary slightly from the photos. Product dimensions are approximate and as such may also vary slightly from piece to piece. (This does not apply to ring sizes, chain lengths, or any item otherwise specified.)

If you wish to have slight variations to any products (Different chain length, polish/finish, etc…) please contact us and we will try to accommodate your requirements. If your request is not possible within the parameters for the product/service you want it is possible that we can refer you to our bespoke service to accommodate your wish.

Shipping Policies

UK Shipping

Exyle Designs currently offers free shipping within the UK.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, however given the handmade nature of the products, we occasionally need to make them to order and therefore it may take up to two weeks to dispatch the items. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or wish to confirm if your items can be dispatched immediately.

International Shipping

We currently cannot guarantee that all items can be shipped internationally, but we will do our best to accommodate as much as possible. All international orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

If you wish to purchase something from outside of the UK please contact Exyle Designs through the website contact page or email directly at info@exyledesigns.com.

Exchanges & Return Policies

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us with your reason within 21 days from the purchase date. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if the product is unused, in the same condition as sent and in its original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and no refund or exchange will be awarded until the item has been returned and inspected. Some items/deals may be ‘final sale’ and therefore not available for returns, those will be clearly stated on the individual product page.
